Titel:  NES raakt tijd kwijt
De laatste tijd heb ik vaak dat de NES zijn tijd kwijt raakt, zonder dat ik er een reden voor kan vinden.

Als ik de status opvraag dan krijg ik:
ClockDaylight 0,0
ClockSetDate 09-14-2040
ClockSetTime 00:00
Deze tijd verspringt ook niet en blijft dus op deze waarde staan.

Hierna moet ik handmatig de datum en tijd goedzetten, waarna deze weer 1-2 dagen goed bljft.
Ik heb tot op heden gaan oorzaak kunnen vinden en er zit ook geen patroon of regelmaat in.

Op de NES heb ik de batterij doorgemeten en die is nog vol, en ik kan spanning meten tot aan de clock chip.

Aan de NES zit een NSM aangesloten via I2C. Op de NSM is de jumper voor de clock verwijderd.

Wie kan mij hier mee helpen?

De NES draait nu al 4 dagen met de juiste tijd, en ik heb alleen de NSM van I2C ontkoppeld.
Het gaat er dus op lijken dat de NSM of I2C de boel in de war gooit.

Lijkt inderdaad op een i2c probleem, alleen heb ik daar te weinig kennis van om wat zinnigs van te kunnen zeggen.

En hoe zit de jumper op de NES zelf als je de NSM erop aangesloten hebt?

De jumper op de NES zit erop en op de NSM is die verwijderd.

Inmiddels ook getest met een nieuwe NSM en I2C bekabeling, maar deze geven ook hetzelfde resultaat.

Zowel de NES als NSM worden met een eigen voeding van stroom voorzien op 7,5v.
Is dit te weinig of te veel?

Probeer eens met minder spanning, bijvoorbeeld 5 a 6 volt. Of de NES voeding vanaf een USB voeding.
