Hallo,

Zijn er hier ook gebruikers van een Nodo, en digitale tv van ziggo?

Wanneer ik ziggo kanaal 312 kijk dan stoort mijn nodo op de tv. Anders zenders is niets mis mee.

Ik heb dit ook en bij sommige kanalen zie ik inderdaad verstoring door nodo gebruik.

Hier een antwoord op je vragen,

Zit daar ook de aansluiting van Ziggo ?
Niet de hoofdaansluiting, maar de nodo staat naast de tv.
Op welk moment treed de storing op ? (dus bij welke actie)
Als de nodo een event verstuurd of ontvangt.
Is de Nodo ingebouwd ? Indien ja, metalen of kunststof kastje ?
Ja in een kunststoffen behuizing
Hoe en waar is de antenne geplaatst ?
De antenne steekt uit de behuizing.

Zal dit weekend eens testen om de nodo op een andere groep aan te sluiten. Andere voeding heb ik al geprobeerd.

Vreemde is wel dat het maar 1 zender is!!

Staat boven in het eerste bericht.

Kanaal 312 telekids. De andere kanalen hebben geen probleem.
Net een andere stroomgroep geprobeerd, maar dat helpt niet.

Wikkel eens een stuk alu folie om het kastje, zonder de antenne te raken.
Is niet mooi, maar gewoon om het te weten.

Stroomgroep wisselen zal inderdaad niet helpen, kijk je naar telekids digitaal of analoog?
Indien het analoog is moet ik eigenlijk weten op welke frequentie dat signaal wordt doorgegeven.

Om het een en ander uit te testen, kun je eens proberen de Nodo op een andere plaats te leggen en te kijken of het probleem weg is, daarnaast kun je ook de suggestie van Hans proberen.
Werkt een van deze oplossingen dan kunnen we kijken naar een definitieve oplossing.
