Grootste verschil tussen kaku en newkaku is deinstelling van adressen.
Kaku werkt meestal met instelwieltjes, waarmee je de huiscode (de letter) en het nummer (cijfer)« instelt.
Newkaku doet dat anders. Je drukt op een knopje om hem in learn mode te zetten, en daarna vuur je er een signaal van een afstandsbediening of nodo op af. Dat adres onthoudt hij dan.
Ander verschil is de indeling van het radiocommando, maar dat zieje verder niet.

Er is een overgangsperiode geweest, waarin newkaku ontvangers ookoude kaku adressen konden inleren, maar er zijnnu ontvangers op de markt die dat niet meer doen.
Gelukkig kun je met je nodo beide systemen aan.

Als je nog helemaal niks hebt, begin dan met een setje uit de aanbieding bij de bouwmarkt, meestal kun je wel iets vinden voor 17 tot 20 euro. Je krijgt daarvoor drie stekkerschakelaars waarmee je bijvoorbeeld schemerlampen kunt schakelen. Met 1 knop je hele kamer verlicht. In zo'n setje zit meestal ook een eenvoudige afstandsbediening.
Koop wel kaku, dan weet je zeker dat het werkt met de nodo. We zijnwel bezig met andere protocollen, maar dat komt nog.

We willen geen echt commerciele uitingen, maar tips over een goede leverancier zijn altijd welkom. We hebben er zelfs een speciale Wiki pagina voor.
Als jij goeie ervaringen hebt met deze club, kun je er dan een beschrijving over maken en die aan mij via een pb toesturen? Wat heb je zoal gekocht, hoe was de levering, prijs, en evt service?
Kijk eventueel even op wiki zodat je ziet wat ik bedoel.

Ik denk dat het alleen ten goede komt. Waarom één merk behouden? Ik snap wel dat het onmogelijk is om alle protocollen te integreren. Maar ik ben van mening dat dit toch wel een goede aanvulling kan zijn.

Ze zijn redelijk goedkoper en van de action heb ik goede berichten over gelezen.

Ik weet niet hoe moeilijk dit is om het te integreren. Zoveel kennis heb ik nog niet.

In de volgende nodo release wordt het veel eenvoudiger om protocollen toe te voegen. We zullen hier zeker naar kijken.
